Environmental Protection Department - Government of the Hong Kong SAR G&A conducted a comprehensive review of the use and flow of management information throughout this government department. We made recommendations on the use of an intranet for the more rapid and cost-effective dissemination of this information and for the provision of a department-wide information storage and retrieval infrastructure.
